Enroll your child is our arfully designed dance classes. We focus on getting your child moving and learning the foundations of dance through creativity, teamwork and discipline! We'll see you at our end of year recital to show off what we learned.

Although we use safe certified spaces and age appropriate props and tools to enhance our experience. we are fully aware that a learning injury can occur. I, the parent, realize that participation in dance classes and activities could result in some possible personal injury. Despite precautions being taken by the classes, accidents and injuries may occur. By submitting payment, I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by The Little Dance Project. I agree to release from responsibility from The Little Dance Project LLC including all teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities used by both entities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I will not hold The Little Dance Project LLC , liable for any personal injury* which may occur before, during or after classes. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights. *Including but not limited to: scrapes, bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, broken bones, concussions or any personal property damage/loss.
 
By enrolling you give permission for your son/daughter’s photographs/videos to be used for publicity and advertising on social media, on The Little Dance Project’s website, and in the community for education and marketing purposes. If you'd prefer not to be used in photos, email nancy@thelittledanceproject.com to be on a "do not post" list.
